I'm speaking for the younger generation, those who have just graduated from high school and are looking for work or furthering their education. In my country, I believe there aren't enough job opportunities for this demographic because employers prefer people with several years of work experience, which a recent high school graduate lacks. Furthermore, for those attempting to further their education, jobs are not flexible enough to accommodate studies. To answer the question, private and public sector employers should provide more internship opportunities, whether during vacations or through agreements with colleges or universities. My other suggestion, which may appear impractical and expensive, is that as a country whose main industry is tourism, should have more leisure places and employ more young people, particularly during the summer. Next, as bitcoin, stocks, and other investment avenues gain popularity, educators should promote and inform students about them so that they can supplement their income.
Internship programs at the end of schooling. Most jobs desire experience before hiring you, but how would you gain experience if you are not awarded the opportunity?
